When most stores would have just said ‘no, sorry we don’t have it’ Elise went above and beyond to put together a quote for me and offer to have the items delivered. She followed up with me every step of the way when she said she would with email and phone and was beyond pleasant. Devin, the store manager, was wonderful as well and was very concise, courteous and knowledgeable. If I could buy everything at Fortunoff Poughkeepsie, I would!”

Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I’ll upload a few pics of the beautiful upholstery bed I got from them which has been amazing quality and after almost 2 years it’s still in amazing shape. I highly recommend to come to this furniture place or if distance is inconvenient, text them and they will help. I give this place 5 stars!!
