This place is consistently the worst. I honestly blame myself for going there because I knew they suck ahead of time. I dragged 3 kids out to go get feeder fish and not to my surprise there were already people waiting for fish. After a few minutes I searched the whole store for all our sakes and didn't find a single employee. After a few laps I left empty handed. I should have loaded a cart and walked out with it, I wonder if that would have made an employee appear. That wasn't the first time I've had this experience in this store but it will be the last. No one will be surprised when this store closes

Was driving past and saw what looked like a rabid raccoon trotting literally towards the doors. I called the store and spoke with a manager to prevent people and pets from getting attacked and the manager told ME to call animal control.

None one seems to wanna help keep going past me and this other customer till I literally had go why excuse a loud fans girl only stop cause where my chart was she had walk past it other people just keep walking buy like they’ll let you just stand there if you don’t know our have experience with knowing what need to get our it hard for you figure out don’t go this petco store I never again will I go there then try friend and issue getting help then finally gets help goes trough everything then gets told they don’t have hermet grabs instock but the container there in doesn’t show that he looks like they do it just empty shells so kids then where so upset and let down like said never again will got here our bring my kids our nephews again!

I have been going to this petco for years now and have never had an employee make a derogatory comment to me until today. My transaction was at 10:10am at register 002. The cashiers name is Robin. As she’s scanning my items, she proceeds to make a comment about me wearing a mask and says “you know it came out that wearing masks causes respiratory issues right? Dr Fauci was wrong.” This was not her place or time to make such a comment. She’s a cashier at a pet store, there was absolutely no reason that comment had to leave her mouth. You do not know the context of why someone is wearing a mask and people in this country do not know to mind their own business. This was disrespectful and not necessary.
This store needs a word with Robin and this type of behavior should not be allowed. I will no longer be doing business at this location if I am being singled out like this.

Alexa, at the front desk of the vetco section is amazing. She helped me so much. Thank you so much, Alexa. Also, I would like to acknowledge the vet, doctor Erickson and her tech- you guys were all really ice and helpful. Made my experience (and Tuckers) pleasurable. We really appreciate it!!!

I want to just highlight a cashier that works at this location. James is fantastic. Every time I get my dog food, he always makes sure I have the best experience. He has been very helpful as well with using the Petco app. He’s an overall great guy!

This Petco is usually pretty unorganized and often has empty shelves where products should be. Better for dogs and cats than small animals.
