Horrific service. Installed the pool on a day we were expecting rain which was fine but then they left as the rain started, leaving allllllll of the supplies, chemicals, etc. out in the rain. Then no one ever came back to give an orientation, they just let themselves into the yard without ringing the bell and finished. Then we realized we were suppose to be oriented and they sent two kids to go over it with us. I felt like I was wasting their time that’s how they made me feel. Then we waited for them to come close the pool. Today they were set to come, told me I had to be the one to stand by the switch and turn the filter on and off for them. I had it. I am not being paid the money they are. I’m not doing their job. When I pointed that out, they flat out left and refunded me before I could even speak to anyone in the office. And when I did, dealing with Kelli Bailey is like talking to a Karen. She has horrible customer service skills and has some nerve. I now have someone else coming to close the pool. I will NEVER give these people another dime.

I will gladly change this review if the owner calls me back, and my problems get resolved. I have never given a bad review on Google before and I don’t like doing this.I bought a spa a little over a year ago and since delivery I have had some minor issue’s. My salesman assured me they would be addressed and to this day that is not the case. However, they have been to my house several times ranging from you are all set, to we are still working on it, to we fixed the problem and here is your bill. At this point I have worked with several customer relations people and no one seems to care.My hopes is the owner will reach out to me to rectify this situation. Royal has done an excellent job with fixing repeated problems with our above ground pool pump and filter. Kudos to customer service rep Kelli Bailey and lead pool technician Austin - they are both outstanding! Our pump stopped working at the start of the season, and Kelli was extremely efficient about placing the order for the new pump asap and scheduling Austin to install it at the earliest opportunity. The replacement pump also developed some problems, and Austin was skilled at diagnosing and fixing the problem. The Kelli and Austin team was wonderful about getting on the case right away and enabling us to continue to use the pool with as few interruptions as possible during the summer, despite very repeated technical problems with the pump that were beyond anyone's control. I am sure all the others at the office are equally efficient, but I am highlighting Kelli and Austin, and Austin's technical assistant, as they are the ones with whom I have interacted directly. It has not been easy to work with the company's customer service in years past, but Kelli has raised the quality bar tremendously, and it is now a real pleasure to work with the company. Kelli is efficient, pleasant, and courteous and working with her takes away much of the disappointment and frustration of dealing with broken equipment!

Tried to tell me I couldn't get just a threaded fitting for my heater sensors port and needed a whole $200+ heater unit. Went to a local to Hyde park joint, and they gave me the fitting free of charge....

Kelli and Austin are fantastic! They deserve 6 stars. In a time of scarce skilled staff, Kelli's personal attention and command of details is fabulous. Austin's experience and courtesy is a pleasure to deal with.

Have been using royal Pools for years and what an improvement I have seen. Kelli at the store is amazing, courteous, and professional. She provides service details and is very transparent. Scheduling has been amazing for services. Austin (I hope I have his name correct) is amazing when he comes to service my pool, very knowledgeable and professional. Keep up the great work and continued improvements!

Big shout out to Royal Pools especially Leslie who helped us convert our pool from Baquacil to Chlorine with absolutely no problems. She was very patient and explained everything from soup to nuts to make this transition very easy.Also our cleaning crew did an amazing job our pool is crystal clear. We are extremely happy!!

Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service. I have a very high maintenance in-ground pool and go into this store with water samples at least once a week. I have always received excellent advice and service. I use them for pool openings, closings, and repairs/equipment. I've always been completely satisfied with their work.

Read the bad reviews, there are quite a few. This is a terrible business.I called to close my pool:- they require a form to be filled out by me to make an appointment- they require full payment to book appointment before they complete the service- they would not complete the form over the phone for me even though I told them I was not able to complete the form- the form requires a credit card that they keep on fileLESLIE IS WHO I SPOKE TO, NOT A FRIENDLY WOMAN.This company is run by idiots. They are turning away business.
