Kelli and Austin are fantastic! They deserve 6 stars. In a time of scarce skilled staff, Kelli's personal attention and command of details is fabulous. Austin's experience and courtesy is a pleasure to deal with.

Big shout out to Royal Pools especially Leslie who helped us convert our pool from Baquacil to Chlorine with absolutely no problems. She was very patient and explained everything from soup to nuts to make this transition very easy.Also our cleaning crew did an amazing job our pool is crystal clear. We are extremely happy!!

Knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly service. I have a very high maintenance in-ground pool and go into this store with water samples at least once a week.
