“Stopped in to ask about shipping a bedframe. I had visited my local store in Kingston and hadn't been able to get any clear answers, and since the bedframe I was buying was in Poughkeepsie, I thought I would check this UPS store. The woman who helped me, I believe her name was Iyanna, was fantastic- figured out all the annoying details (Headboard! Side Rails! Packing! Boxes!) and came up with a comprehensive quote, complete with a printout of all the rates & best hours to drop off. I do a lot of shipping, and an experience like this with a shipper literally makes my day. THANK YOU!”
