We’ve been using Empire Access since 2017. Great internet speed and their service is top notch. It’s easy to report an issue such as buffering, lack of captioning, channel changes. You can talk with someone 24-7 who has visibility of the system and may be able to fix an issue while on the phone! Tv service is also impressive. All “boxes” are wireless, so they can be switched between our different rooms very easily. Prices are good. I highly recommend them.

We recently moved to an area with Empire, and I can not say enough great things about this company! The staff is so friendly and helpful, no matter in person or over the phone. Their service is THE BEST in the area that I live in and bypasses Spectrums service in every possible way.

I was having some trouble with my billing, customer service, and getting down to exactly what was going on with charges on my account, and we found the girl who knows exactly what she’s doing.We talked with several agents, and they almost seemed to not know what to tell us. After a few phone calls, and dreading calling in, we found a girl who works nights named Faith. She was amazing and by the end of the phone call We felt much better with her caring support and understanding of what was going on. Faith, who works nights is an asset to your team at Empire Access! You definitely need more people like her.

Excellent internet service. We signed up about 3 months ago and had some minor drops. I called them and they were out the next day and cleaned what they thought was some type of stain on the end of the fiber optic cable. Unfortunately, that didn't resolve the issue. I called a few weeks later and they came on the same day! They switched out the ONT (which many call a modem), and that resolved the issue. No contracts, no hidden fees, and 1Gbps down internet for $65 a month. Good job Empire!

Initially, Empire Access provided decent service. However, it has gone down hill with continuous issues with local channels. College and NFL games are impossible to watch because of constant audio and video disruptions. Calling the customer service number, you are lead to believe you are waiting in a queue and then once it's your turn to speak to someone, the call is disconnected. Internet service is decent, but this company needs to address it's TV service in a big way.

Empire Access has been a miracle! I was paying $103.99 for the most basic internet service with Spectrum, and it hardly ever worked! When it did, it was so slow. With Empire, we have super fast speeds. We can watch our streaming services without loading issues, even in a storm. Not to mention, their customer service skills are on point. The service tech that set up our internet was the most polite man with a set of manners I haven't seen in years in this industry. Empire cares about their company, the quality of product and services, and their clients. It's just easy to see!

Seemed too good to be true…so I gave it a shot….it’s real! Half the price of spectrum, twice the speed, on time, friendly service, and a real person answers their customer service line. Just an awesome experience! I’m beyond happy with their service. Highly recommend!

Poor billing department. Send checks to the organization 4 days prior to the due date and the checks are not applied to the account for over one week. Have to call the billing department and get everything straightened out properly. They continue to tell me it is my fault even though when asked they tell me I am not the only account with this situation.

Totally love the service, since day one they have been delivering excellent service. The speed is two to 3 times faster than spectrum whom was charging us $120.00 per month. I rate them 5 stars and will continue with this company.

We recently moved and had to get our service moved so we called the office and spoke to Jordan J she was wonderful to us and got us in as quick as possible and answered any questions we had along the way. The whole crew from top to bottom was phenomenal and got us hooked up as quick as they could with their busy schedules. Could not have done it without the help of Jordan. Jordan needs a raise for the extra effort she made to help keep this customer happy.
