“I had an outstanding experience with this auto body shop from start to finish and honestly couldn’t be happier with my encounter with the team here.
From the first moment, everyone was so friendly and welcoming—it really made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel easy and manageable. Karl, the shop manager, was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain the repair process, to walk me through everything and explain the repairs in a way that actually made sense, kept me updated the whole time, and made sure all my questions were answered. I never felt out of the dark or unsure about what was going on, which I really appreciated. What really stood out was their honesty and attention to detail. I felt confident that my vehicle was in great hands the entire time.
The quality of the work was top-notch. When I got my car back, I was blown away. It looked amazing, like nothing had ever happened! You can tell they really care about their work and pay attention to every little detail. It’s rare to find a place that’s not only skilled but also genuinely kind and honest. And it is rare to find someone who combines excellent customer service with such high-quality workmanship, but Karl truly delivered on both.
I’d absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I wouldn’t think twice about coming back if I ever needed work again. Thank you again for making the whole experience smooth and stress-free!”

“Parts Authority now has made their mark in the parts business; gasket I needed was not available at this store but they were able to have it ordered from the Bronx location and had me ready to go by 4pm same-day. Great local store for the community and staff are very accommodating to helping customers, their location is prime!”
