Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”
“I was in a car accident recently and I had to get some bodywork done. I was given a few options to choose from and I’m 100% for selecting ideal Auto Body Services. They made the process so easy. I arrived on my scheduled day, and was let by Chen. He took me through what would happen. He even took the time to contact the car rental for a pickup. He did a full walkthrough with us of the car to note what needed to be repaired and confirm the condition of the rest of the car. This actually made me feel more at ease. iDeal Auto Body kept us informed when the estimate and the scope of the work needed to change. They worked with our insurance company to arrange the rest. They were done in 4 business days, which was so much quicker than we originally anticipated. Pickup of our car was just as quick and painless. This time we worked with Leo, we did a walkthrough of the car, he explained their warranty and had everything done in less than 20 minutes. I will say this, they even fully cleaned the interior of the car. This was an unexpected surprise which we appreciated. Amazing work!
I am genuinely happy to have worked with them to get our car fixed. Not that I ever want to get into a car accident again :). But if I do I’ll definitely bring my business here.

“I used to be a frequent customer at NAPA Auto Parts near my shop, but after having some issues with pricing and feeling like the prices kept going up, I eventually stopped doing business there.
Recently, things completely changed under the new management. Nick from NAPA personally reached out to me and asked what had happened and why I stopped coming in. “Came in for car tint removal and ended up getting full ceramic tint installed as well. The whole process was quick and fast service from start to finish. They removed the old tint cleanly with no damage or leftover residue, which I really appreciated.
The new full ceramic tint looks amazing — super clean, smooth finish, and you can instantly feel the heat reduction. The quality of work is top tier and they were professional the entire time. Definitely recommend if you need tint removal or want to upgrade to ceramic. I’ll be back for sure.”
“I came in with overspray on my windshield after someone nearby was spraying silicone on their car. Tiny droplets drifted onto my glass, and no product I tried would remove it. I fully expected I’d need a new windshield.
At G&R, they easily could have sold me one—but instead, Rosie at the front office said, “No, don’t do that. Let’s see if we can get it off.”
They removed it completely. Even better, they cleaned the entire car and didn’t charge me for it.
