Alex fixed a dent on my door from a delivery bike, and I was amazed with how good it looked. It looks absolutely brand new! I have even since noticed that he touched up a bunch of other scratches on the door that were not from that incident, which is so above and beyond.Plus, the customer service is exceptional! The young lady at the front desk even retrieved a forgotten item in the rental car that I dropped off with them and held it at the desk for me, and came out to bring it to me in the rain when I pulled up! They took care of everything with insurance to get it done properly. When I got my car back it looked just like I just bought it nine years ago.
