“After being rear-ended on the FDR I called multiple collision centers. Metro was by far the kindest and most helpful. They handled everything with insurance, made sure I had a rental car, and finished the repairs within 4 business days. Not only were they quick and efficient, but I picked up a my freshly detailed car that looked brand new. I am so grateful for Metro! Highly recommend to anyone needing work done.”

“Just dropped off my vehicle for repairs. Called beforehand with questions and Alex was very clear about the process, gave rough estimates of duration of fix. Drop off experience was very smooth. Update: Pick up was just as smooth. Received the vehicle with exterior and interior in very clean condition, and at full charge (guilty of bringing it dirty and very low charge). Damage is completely repaired.”

“I was in a car accident recently and I had to get some bodywork done. I was given a few options to choose from and I’m 100% for selecting ideal Auto Body Services. They made the process so easy. I arrived on my scheduled day, and was let by Chen. He took me through what would happen. He even took the time to contact the car rental for a pickup. He did a full walkthrough with us of the car to note what needed to be repaired and confirm the condition of the rest of the car. This actually made me feel more at ease. iDeal Auto Body kept us informed when the estimate and the scope of the work needed to change. They worked with our insurance company to arrange the rest. They were done in 4 business days, which was so much quicker than we originally anticipated. Pickup of our car was just as quick and painless. This time we worked with Leo, we did a walkthrough of the car, he explained their warranty and had everything done in less than 20 minutes. I will say this, they even fully cleaned the interior of the car. This was an unexpected surprise which we appreciated. Amazing work! I am genuinely happy to have worked with them to get our car fixed. Not that I ever want to get into a car accident again :). But if I do I’ll definitely bring my business here. I give them top marks on: customer service, communications, speed and quality of the work. Thank you to, ideal Auto Body Services if Floral Park!”

“Bought my first car here with the help of Luis Deleon, and I had a great experience. From start to finish, he gave me clear communication, straightforward answers, and honesty—no hiding anything. That’s all I wanted going into this process, and I got that and more with Luis. After visiting other dealerships and feeling frustrated with the process, Luis showed me that buying a car doesn’t have to be that way. He told me, “There’s a right way to sell, and there’s a wrong way to sell.” He definitely knows how to do it the right way. never felt pressured or like I was just another sale, and I was genuinely happy to give him my business. Thank you, Luis, for making what initially seemed like a scary and frustrating process as smooth as possible. I’ll definitely be recommending him to my family and friends!”

“I’ve been doing business with Alliance Auto Parts for quite some time now, and the main representative I always work with is Bill. No matter what I need, whether it’s body parts, engines, or transmissions, Bill is always the first person I call. He has consistently provided outstanding service, and I know I can count on him to get me exactly what I need. Over time, Bill has shown me that he’s honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly dependable. Even when a part is difficult to find or we need something ASAP, he always goes the extra mile to make it happen. His communication and transparency are excellent and really show the level of knowledge and experience he has. He’s always upfront, and I never have to second-guess the information he gives me. That level of trust is hard to find these days. What really sets Bill apart is the way he treats his customers. He genuinely cares about making sure everything is handled the right way and always takes the time to help however he can. His professionalism, dedication, and commitment to customer service are exactly why he’s always the representative I go to first at Alliance Auto Parts. I highly recommend Alliance Auto Parts, and if you get the chance to work with Bill, you’ll be in great hands.”

“I used to be a frequent customer at NAPA Auto Parts near my shop, but after having some issues with pricing and feeling like the prices kept going up, I eventually stopped doing business there. Recently, things completely changed under the new management. Nick from NAPA personally reached out to me and asked what had happened and why I stopped coming in. He actually listened to my concerns, spoke with the staff, and took the time to come visit me at my shop two or three times to make sure everything was addressed. That right there is what I call GREAT customer service. Nick didn't just say he was going to fix the situation—he actually followed through. Because of him, I'm now back on good terms with NAPA and happy to do business with them again. Nick is the man! If you ever have an issue or need something handled at this NAPA location, talk to Nick. He genuinely cares about his customers and goes above and beyond to make things right. 5 stars for Nick and the new management. They earned my business back!”

“These guys are the Chik-fil-a of mechanics. Professional and honest. It seemed too good to be true, yet here we are. I brought both my cars in to be fixed and they explained to me what the issues were and gave me a more than reasonable price, way less than what I was expecting to pay. Whenever I called, someone answered and never sounded annoyed or inconvenienced. All this to say that if you were looking for an honest neighborhood mechanic that understands the value of serving the customer then bring your car here.”

“An absolute masterclass in automotive precision and elite customer care. Finding an auto repair facility in Queens that balances profound technical competence with unwavering honesty is rare, but Action Auto Collision operates on an entirely separate tier. I brought my vehicle here for bodywork, and the workmanship is nothing short of flawless—the panel alignment is immaculate, and the paint-matching is entirely seamless. It looks identical to how it rolled off the factory line. Beyond their mechanical talent, they have completely redefined what customer service should look like. Their communication was impeccable from day one; I was kept proactively informed throughout every stage of the repair so I never had to wonder about the timeline. They paired this world-class execution with incredibly fair, transparent pricing and zero administrative hassle. If you demand perfection, transparency, and a true team of professionals who take pride in their craft, this is the only shop to trust.”

“Ask for Daniel, you will not regret it! I just got my 2024 Subaru Crosstrek on Dec 21st. Daniel made the whole experience absolutely amazing, from beginning to end, I feel so lucky to have been able to work with him in getting my new vehicle. As a woman walking into a dealership can be incredibly intimidating, Daniel was able to put me at ease and I felt he really listened to me and answered all my questions honestly. Maureen, the finance manager made sure I got the best rate possible, she showed me all the different options and gave me her honest opinion. I highly recommend Koeppel Subaru on Northern BLVD!!!!!!!! I am so happy with my car.”
