“I stopped by last minute to ask if they could install a new battery, but they told me to come back the next day. When I got to my car, it wouldn’t start at all. I walked back into the store and explained the situation, and even though it was freezing outside, one of the gentlemen came out right away to help.
He changed the battery in the bitter cold with his hands literally freezing, and he still got it done quickly and professionally. I honestly can’t thank him enough. Please give this man a raise!”
“I want to thank Hassan G For his help, I was standing there for over 4-6mins and one of the employees was just behind the computer he saw that I was standing there didn’t even acknowledge me, but yet he was answering calls and still even after his conversation still didn’t acknowledge me when Hassan came around from the back he saw me. hey do you need help and I’m thankful for that but to that other coworker that’s really bad for business. My sunroof had been leaking and a friend suggested this place.
I made an appointment for 9am and was greeted as soon as I pulled up. I love places that schedule and don't waste time. I explained my problem, showed video of the rain getting in the car. I went for a walk and was called with price, and in under an hour. The clogged hoses were cleaned.
