This CVS location offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. The staff are generally friendly and patient, with some employees going above and beyond, especially the pharmacist who is willing to explain and help without judgment. The store is open 24 hours, which is convenient, and it carries a variety of products including pet, beauty, and family planning items, as well as gift cards and accepted insurance and EBT. However, there are notable issues with the pharmacy, which is often slow and seems to lack efficiency, with many prescriptions being delayed or not authorized despite provider confirmation. The pharmacy staff can be passive aggressive at times. Shopping in the store can be inconvenient due to limited selection, misplaced items, incorrect tags, and prices. Additionally, customers have expressed frustration over the lack of carry baskets and long wait times at checkout. Overall, the store has improved but still faces challenges in pharmacy service and organization.
The cashier helped me to sign up for extra care for $5 I ended up getting 40% off my total purchase plus I got a $10 care coupon applied right away. It was a terrific experience. Oh yeah the staff overall both at the register and on the floor were very helpful and understanding.
