Dear customer service at pick-up. Don’t ask to a customer if he can to pay for the medication if he have to pay for it. Stop making fun of poor people.

Very bad service, low efficiency. I wanted eye drops and it took about 10 minutes to call them. An Indian staff member looked at me first, then put on an arrogant attitude and slowly helped me get the eye drops. People with no quality and cultivation will make me angry for a minute, and I feel sad for his mother.
