What a worse pharmacy. My provider keep calling for them and they just keep hanging up. Very unprofessional. This cvs must be shut down when they are not giving any proper service .

Update here so I CALLED N CALLED N SUM1 KEEPS HANGING UP SO I GO 2THE STORE N CALL AS IM AT THE COUNTER AND GUESS WHOS HANGING UP THE PHONE THE MANAGER TONY. OF COURSE IM WAS MAD CAUSE IVE COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS2HM N JUST 2KNOW HE IS THE SORRY .... PERSON DOING THAT WOWWWWWW .
I have called this pharmacy and left a message the recording says with the hour u will hear back from them 20mins later they called guess the kicker nobody said anything I hold on for 4mins nothing. I called back and someone keeps picking up to hang up. Than when I call right back for the 3rd time they put me on hold I've been on hold now over 40mins. So sad . Mind u I spent the whole weekend going back and forth to the store that was the Dr error but wanted to see what's going on now. B4 I waste more time standing in the super longggggg line and there's nothing again. Horrible horrible customer service
They call back but they don't say nothing best time to call or stop by early early morning b4the world wakes up

Speaking as a employer from a medical facility this CVS is extremely unprofessional I was calling for a patient medication that was sent multiple times they was telling the patient it was not there we called multiple times no answer the patient needed they medication for weeks pt is extremely diabetic no mobile they had to get help to go to the pharmacy for them to have it all along. This pharmacy plays with patients health all the time with no regards sends patient on a wild goose chase instead of being vocal and Informing patient on the status of they medication it's very unfortunate

The staff are all very nice and patient. I don’t understand why the pharmacy has to be so slow! I’ve never seen more than 2 registers open despite 40 employees being there.
The also keep telling me prescriptions aren’t authorized despite my Rx provider saying they can literally see every Rx sent to them and how much the discount is supposed to be.
They don’t seem to care about efficiency— but at least they’re 24 hours.

I had a good experience while shopping at my local CVS. I do wish we had the carry baskets. This has been an on going issue for months. Because what I purchased were too few to put in a cart. I had to carry the items I had in my hands.

Since they have put the locks on all or most of their items, just ringing the bell, I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just to get one item.
They need to either hire more employees that will tend to the bell, or take most of their products and have them how they used to be before because it’s ridiculous

Nasty staff who make under handed comments and don't come when you need help. EVERY aisle is locked and needs a staff member to come open it and every single day there are no more than two workers. So you will spend upwards of 30 minutes to get one item. Waste of time, go to ANY other CVS. Not to mention this is the most unsafe location possible, with constant drug addicts in the parking lot who you can barely tell from the staff with how run-down they appear. In addition to people who walk right into the cvs, take items and walk right out; you'd be safer anywhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. This needs to be shut down or upgraded to be safer.
