Great when you have an Avis preferred reservation but if you have to go to the counter, it's hit or miss. When you drop off, make sure there attendant scans your car before you leave. If they don't it's a hassle to get your contract closed out.

No complaints! Service is standard and efficient. Car is a little dirty on the outside, but that's no issue for me. MIKE, who worked at the return, was super friendly and helpful!
