During a huge snow storm, they were super timely and very patient. The driver explained everything before going ahead. They are very reasonably priced compared to others. They also jumped a car that died out of nowhere. Bande is the best towing company in the area, with solid people all around.

Dispute any charges with Bande. They are a scam company. Smh they illegally towed my car and then tried to uncharge me and keep my car to extort more money .
Then they additionally damaged my vehicle. I had to rent a car because they can't properly tow. What a bunch of scammers. Watch out!

Horrible customer service. They feel superior because they towed your car and speak to you whatever way they want to.

Not only did this place illegally tow my car from my home they have incompetent people towing cars and broke my tire rod and my car cannot steer. I have been calling them since it happened and no one is answering so now I will be taking legal action.
