9 times out of 10, they get it right, which is more than I can say for any other dry cleaner/tailor I’ve been to.

It's surprisingly hard to find a good dry cleaners in New York: this place is excellent.I have a lot of special care clothing that requires extra care, and they always do a great job on a wide variety of fabrics: silk, wool, cashmere, blends, etc.
