The gym is pretty good. It's just gets so packed because of all these teenagers hogging up the machines all the time. They often take forever and you would have to wait for such a while for a machine to be free

I have a question, if you decide to train there, does the staff help explain what exercises you can do or create your exercise routine or is that an additional cost!? Have a personal trainer?
