Recently I went to drop off a FedEx package and had a QR code for it. When I showed them the code, they couldn't get in the system and was talking about forgetting some kind of FedEx password. They told me to print the lable and bring it back since they didn't know how to get into the system with the QR code. This is weird since all other drop off sites I've been to was no problem and especially UPS. Not trying to be rude but please teach the employees on how to manage the QR code drop off system so other people wouldn't had to struggle to go somewhere else and print it out then bring it back again. There wasn't even anyone near the FedEx drop off and pickup section. The cashier had to multitask and do both taking care of the customers and the FedEx packages so I can't really blame them since they have a lot of things to do.

I went to Walgreens near Rockaway Blvd. Train station to drop of a box with a Christmas tree for Fedex, they said that it is too big, they can`t handle it. Why they don`t put size limitations on their website , I don`t know. Their staff is very unhelpful & rude.

They can print the label if you have it or scan a QR code just please ask the right person because one of them kept telling us we couldnt.

FedEx shouldn’t show this location as one with QR code scanners if there is no QR code scan/print at the store. Update your website and this store needs to get it. What a waste of time. UPS doesn’t have this problem.
