We come here all the time. This morning, we came for the passport photo service. We called ahead of time to confirm the service was available. It was. We arrived and there were no lines. A young man named Neil took care of us. He took the photos and then confirmed it was good. It wasn't so he took the photos again until he was satisfied. He was and we got the photos quickly/professionally. We spent around 10 minutes all in.

Service was unavailable. Waited 20 minutes for an employee to be called to the counter and then they could not log into the FedEx account. They also mentioned that even when they are able to access, the labels do not print. Take your FedEx packages elsewhere!

A tight (friendly) ship ran here. Large store. Welcoming helpful staff. Recently visited this store 12/04 after people left their things at my house after a birthday party. I had to ship items back to loved ones from Brooklyn all the way to California. Staff members helped each other to provide me with efficient and fast service. Thank you

Very careful with Self Service drop off of package with pre-paid label. They have almost no personnel and trying to direct you to scan the label of a prepaid return, the tracking number on the receipt given by the machine doesn't match the tracking number from the label attached to the box. I hope the merchant gets the returned merchandise and I get my credit. Usually when using UPS, the moment it gets scanned, the return of my items gets updated. In this case using the self service from FedEx I'll have to track until they receive the returned merchandise if they receive it. FEDEX please fix your technology. There was a long line and that's why I used the self service, I may sound fashioned but next time I'll wait for the attendant. FEDEX hire more people.

I needed a notary public for a few documents that I had. Website states they have a notary on site, THEY DO NOT.

I had to get some stuff printed with bind. The online printing website didn't have the option I wanted so I called the store and asked them. They helped me walk through the process and make what I needed. Very helpful!

There were 3 people working and one was busy. I asked one of the other 2 if they could help me and she gladly did, then one of the others approached me with a NASTY attitude told me about the self service machine. Sorry if i disturbed your conversation... Maybe FedEx should pay the machine her salary since she does not want to earn her wages. Lazy and nasty. I will be avoiding that store from now on.

I had to check the reviews for this location because I was there when some drama went down a few days ago and feel the need to clear the record, especially when it involves slander. The complaining fetus (Alie) below sauntered in less than one minute prior to closing (hours on the door) and was told by another member that the location was closed for the night. Instead of taking it as a sign to plan better next time and return, she proceeded to expect to be treated like the princess she thinks she is and had a meltdown over being told how it is, not how she thinks it should be. Next time, look up the times, come in earlier, and if you do happen to come in a little before closing, make your purchases FIRST, BEFORE the registers close, not half an hour later after being at a self-serve station. By then the registers are proved and closed for the night and the Almighty shimself could not reverse this. If the CAPS and terrible spelling & grammar don't tip you off about her character, throwing around the word "racist" (misspelled ofc) about a black Dominican, who handled the situation with aplomb IMO, will. Doesn't help her case that the only other 2 reviews she's posted are complaints - clearly again at not being treated like a queen. In one of her reviews, she admits that the customer service rep told her that she wasn't nice. Shocker. The customer is NOT always right and those days are wayyyyy over. Frankly, all businesses would do so much better when she stops trying to patronize them. Not being coddled does not make one a "rasist". Parents, do better in raising your kids; they'll be able to vote one day.

Beware !!! The RUDEST GUYS WORK HERE. One of them Is NAME PHOENIX HE REFUSED TO HELP ME BECAUSE IT WAS "CLOSING TIME", mind you I was already in side and the door was open. THE OTHER MEMBER THERE HANDED ME PAPER I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE TO PRINT Documents. AT NO TIME DID EITHER EMPLOYEE SAY THEY WERE CLOSED. I WAS AT A WORK STATION FOR A LITTLE OVER 20 mins. No one approached me. As I went to the counter to purchase my paper, Phoenix was with a customer. PHOENIX CAME OFF VERY RUDE WITH A condescending tone in his voice. Phoenix IS RASIST AND RUDE. Doesn't know how to treat OR speak to customers. He refused to help me make my purchase because he just simply didn't want to. I was already inside and there was still one person making a purchase. The other employee said I can use a work station if I didn't want to pay extra for them to print. Phoenix is very combative and said complain call my manager I don't care, but we are closed and I am not going to help you. I don't know how FedEx has employees like this! You should never argue with a customer and if he continues to treat customers this way. This FedEx will lose a lot of business.

Worst service ever! They don’t know how to handle FedEx pick up packages. Women didn’t even know the address of the place where she works. Every time I went there they came up with some new rule and gave me a hard time to get my package. Beside all of that they are very impolite and not educated enough to do their job. I don’t know why FedEx is still working with them. I would give them zero stars if possible.
