“Steamed seafood, yum. You pick your seafood, you pick your veggie sides, they literally season to taste; then into the steamer it goes. Everything is cooked to order in front of you and is to go ONLY. You're in the store/wait for about 20 to 30 mins.*If you don't like your veggies soft separate them from the seafood and tell them 5 mins. The seafood is steamed about 15 mins.Good healthy options. They do fry also but most orders are steamed. Smart concept.”

“My goto supermarket in Sunnyside where you can find almost everything. I love the bagels that I buy early in the morning which sometime gets sold out by noon or evening. It's in the heart of Sunnyside near the Post Office and Sunnyside Library.”

“Yummy DELICIOUS birria pizza and al pastor pizza. I did half and half a medium for $25. It was SO GOOD. I definitely recommend. Me personally I liked the birria side better, but my friend liked the al pastor better. So I guess just try both flavors!”

“You can find things and fruits of very good quality above all, the price is very comfortable. A good initiative by the owner, having added girls who speak Spanish to his staff, as part of the Latino community, I recommend this place I give them 5 stars they are very sweet.”

“Purvey'd has been such a pleasure to partner and do business with! We are a small non-profit organization that works to address food insecurity in our community. We have been doing this work for over a year and a half and have struggled to find a wholesale distributor to work with our needs and budget, until we connected with Purvey'd! This family business is so accomodating-- run by people who care about their community and the quality of produce that they sell. We are so grateful to have found Purvey'd. They offer an unique array of asian veggies and the families we support are beyond happy!”

“Bayside milk farm is an excellent small business and local staple. Employees are kind members of this community who remember the regulars and are always available to help. Wholesome spot. The guy in the comments talking about non service dogs was probably the person yelling he would write a nasty review in the store when someone had what was clearly a service dog with them minding their own business. Came storming in and out. The place is hygienic people, but also caters to those in need of service animals. Most people in the store smile and wave at the animal legally allowed to be there. All in all fun spot and as a regular felt I oughta defend my local grocer. #BaysideBoys”

“Love getting such great bargains on fresh fruits and veggies every time I get off the train at this stop. Like $1 for 5 oranges or $1 on a bunch of crispy green seedless grapes, it's hard to get the same if not even similar deals in Flushing or Chinatown. Service is simple, decent and fast. This grocery store is very likely a family-own business for many years in the neighborhood. Ambiance wise is your typical grocery store kind of vibes. If you know your prices on fruits and veggies, then you'll be sure to find great bargains and/or deals that you won't be able to find in other neighborhoods. Come here, come all right now!!! You won't regret it.”

“I started using them at the start of the pandemic. They have been a lifesaver and my favorite new vendor. Prices are reasonable and produce and items are reliably fresh. On the rare occasion that they are not up to par or an error in delivery the customer service is beyond fabulous! I often order twice weekly! Everyone on the team from the office to the delivery staff are extremely pleasant and helpful !”

“I remembered coming here a long time ago when I went to an academy in Flushing during my elementary school years. Back then, my grandpa would come here to buy box lunches.”

“Great store, clean, fresh produce and meats. Prices can't be beat, high quality and very competitive to the larger chain grocery stores like ShopRite and Stop and Shop. You'll see food, household items, and great finds you think you wouldn't need at prices that are easy on your wallet. Very simple shopping experience, you shop, you buy, you bag, you go, you save money!”

“My favorite place to shop locally—by far the best selection of organic produce, and a great cheese section! Staff are kind and go out of their way to help—I once left a few items at checkout that is already paid for and they saved them for me and flagged me down when I next came in.”

Seasonal fruits and vegetables all year round. Near all transportation. + #7 subway at the corner. The shop is good, clean and has lots of customers. “Right now the best when comparing prices with 74 st 73 St Jackson Heights groceries stores .Same prices and easy to find parking at 35 Ave than main Jackson Heights . Meat is certified Halal/Kosher and quality is excellent .The store meat shop is one of the cleanest in the entire neighborhood . Best hygiene and a big air purifier machine working 24 hours . Beef & Goat is tender and fresh . A big Variety of Fish .. The best part is now this store is accepting OTC cards from different insurances like Aetna Health plus etc .... . Much Bazar take out restaurant food is also exceptional .fresh samosas with chicken @$1:50 each piece is one of the best in All neighborhood when compare to size and taste . Chicken Bun made fresh in oven $4 is also a thing to try . Mix vegetable $8 is my favorite. Their chicken roast curry $5 is also very delicious .the owner Brother Rumi spent most of the time taking care of everything from customers satisfaction to quality of service and food .And that's the reason the store is one of the busiest in entire surrounding . Keep it up”

“Aldi is indeed a good place to shop. However, things run out too fast. Guess the in stock products are limited. Personal experience, British Aldi seem to carry a greater variety of produce. Nonetheless, the store in Jamaica Queens is the best.”

“a very good fruits and veggies shop that also has a variety of sea critters and other food products international. I went with a friend who lives a few blocks away in woodside Queens and is a regular. I am personally here to grab fruits and veggies as I have two giant strong shopping bags but as I browse and roam around I could not pass on the big bag of mixed nuts and the frozen box of mini spinach pies. Place is well organized with all the produce in full display for customers picking and most important, prices are reasonable . Got my goodies which also ncluded apples, bananas , grapes, fennel, peppers , dates and it's checkout time. For 57 bucks I got plenty and the 2 heavy bags agree as well. Glad I visited woodside and I don't see a reason not too come back. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter .”

“NetCost Market offers an exceptional grocery selection, with a wide variety of high-quality products. Their salami, cheese, and fish options are perfect, making it a go-to destination for food enthusiasts. It's unfortunate that the NetCost Market isn't available in Manhattan's Upper East Side. Expanding to all five boroughs would indeed be a great convenience for residents across New York City, providing access to their excellent selection of groceries.”

“Very reasonable priced market with really good produce and a large selection of ethnic food.If your on a budget they have sell slightly damaged produce seperatly in bulk for 1.50$. The deli is reasonable and they have grab and go cold cuts and sandwhiches. Theres no fresh seafood, but its probably not necessary. They have a bakery on premises and their rolls and baguettes are excellent and baguettes are only 3/2.99 <used to be 1.99 for 3>.The egg prices fluctuate and they were reasonable but they went up again over $3 for eggs (Trader Joes large ia 1.29$), so I dont buy them there.Theyre sneaky with some sales. For example, Snapple iced tea large was 2.99 normal; now its on "sale" for more at 3/$10. Food Bazzar has them 3/5$ on sale. But ...They had / have mustard / ketchup really cheap at $1 each (small brands but both were as good as Gouldens / Heinze).Store smells fine and is fairly clean despite said in another review. Staff is freindly. They have a lotto and coin machine.Parking is plentiful but their parking lot is really dumpy and needs new line painting and more upkeep- not a good first impression.Ironic sidenote: Despite having lots of choices of ethnic foods they dont have Lychees in cans.”

“The fruit might be a little more expensive but I find that the quality is usually very good and they've increased their offerings as well. A wide variety of cheeses etc. and various imported things. All look very enticing. Store is clean organized and not terribly crowded if you know what times to go.”
