One co-op shareholder meeting and vote. First time using Honest Ballot. Result - 3 re-counts, and 4 versions of the voting results. Honestly, it is either not executed well or not very honest. I don't know which but either amounts to unprofessional, in my opinion. I will urge the co-op board to NEVER use them again.

Stay away from Honest Ballot, this company created chaos providing our coop with election management. Late with mailing documents. Refused to count results while on site. Dishonest, unprofessional, provided false results 4 times.
