They used electronic machines and did not allow the members to see that the machines count was at 0 when we started. Also members who’s names that were not on the ballots were not challenged at all they were added to the count

Your voting system is terrible, please nobody use honet ballots system. You guys do manipulated voting calcuations.

My organization has used this company multiple times and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff is courteous and professional . It sounds like the bad reviews are from people who’s outcomes didn’t go their way regarding their election.
