I highly recommend this branch ,the service is exceptional .I had the pleasure to meet the new Manager Eliana Zevgaridis and her team and I can admit they are very knowledgeable and helpful.!

They have never had fast service but ever- since they changed to Citizens the wait is absolutely ridiculous. They have 3 or 4 people at a desk and only one teller. They should be able to jump in and do a few simple transactions to make the line faster. Line takes 30 minutes for a quick 2 minute transaction. This is ridiculous!

A bank is supposed to be about customer service and this branch has no customer service. Everybody speaks about the horrible customer service especially the manager. Kudos to the Whitestone branch because they know what customer service is.
