The court staff was delightful to interact with. They made my experience there that much more enjoyable

Melody and Shawn are awesome and customer service is on point. Cleaning service is great. Very polite and friendly. I do recommend this place !

Not recommended. Small and crowded. And they charge $9.99 for parent come in to be with kid even not jumping.I would recommend go to urban air at lake grove Long Island. More facilities, bigger, cleaner and no $9.99 surcharge for parents.They do have staff on the ground to keep the order though, so I give them 3stars.
Lets LAUNCH! We are more than a trampoline park we are a family entertainment center with indoor fun and activities such as: Dodge ball, Ninja warrior course, rock wall, battle pit, basketball, arcades, the best indoor fun place with birthday parties and NYC's only glow in the dark theme park with live DJ QKIDD every Friday and Saturday night 9pm-11pm. If you can walk you can jump so Launch into Launch Trampoline Park in Queens, NY.
