The wonderful lady that works there Margarita is absolutely a sweetheart and is always helpful when I need help , she makes everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. The backyard of the laundromat is also amazing I came to find out Margarita is also the one who’s been managing the garden and it’s beautiful, it’s a nice chill spot while you wait for your clothes. “I walked here a few feet away from the one on 78th after he became rude. So i went to this laundromat. The lady here, with he limited command of the English language was nice and affable. She explained and helped me get my card and explained, even if I can very well navigate around. She was polite and nice, exactly what a service business should be. The reasons it is 4 is that no wifi, to which the lady apologized, and no bathroom. Hello owner, please try to provide these 2 basics. And maybe sweep the floor every hour?”
“The owners are amazing. Quick to solve anything and always smile at customers. They have amazing customer service in general. Their employees do not interact with anybody, and that’s okay. When there is something to solve, they solve it without causing complications as I said, and that is all that matters; owners are not complicated. If you need anything just ask, they are always ready to help.”

“Machine prices are higher than other places but you get to dry for free. Dryers are 40 minutes and free when you wash there.
My only peeve is that they have no cash on hand and if you only have cash, they can't provide any change whatsoever. They del accept debit/credit cards and EBT however if all you do is cash ensure you bring your own change (bills only) otherwise you will be running around like I was attempting to get change to obtain a card for their location ane then to do my actual wash.”
“I sent my Canada goose outwear and my husband’s Moncler outwear there, they did really awesome job!! Both of the outwears look like brand new ones. I highly recommend this store to my friends, really helped me to save more to buy a new one. Especially my Canada goose, it is a light color and it was really duty on the sleeves, it was cleaned very well and looked like a new outwear!!!! I am very appreciated their professional job!!”
