“I walked here a few feet away from the one on 78th after he became rude. So i went to this laundromat. The lady here, with he limited command of the English language was nice and affable. She explained and helped me get my card and explained, even if I can very well navigate around. She was polite and nice, exactly what a service business should be. The reasons it is 4 is that no wifi, to which the lady apologized, and no bathroom. Hello owner, please try to provide these 2 basics. And maybe sweep the floor every hour?”

Then it dies down and get's busy again when I'm just about to leave. The price of the washers and dryers are as follows. “I've been using them for the past 7 years. In addition to cleaning, ironing, etc., Mrs. Kim is excellent at tailoring and alterations. I've used her for this for sport jackets (I had several relined) as well as alterations (hems, waists) on numerous pairs of trousers. She even repaired an upholstered pillow I had on my couch that had gotten torn. A neighbor of mine had her alter a vintage dress to fit for a fashion shoot and she also did a great job on that.”

“Machine prices are higher than other places but you get to dry for free. Dryers are 40 minutes and free when you wash there.
My only peeve is that they have no cash on hand and if you only have cash, they can't provide any change whatsoever. They del accept debit/credit cards and EBT however if all you do is cash ensure you bring your own change (bills only) otherwise you will be running around like I was attempting to get change to obtain a card for their location ane then to do my actual wash.”
