We revisited this site to purchase a tax program— met Anushka who was , also, super helpful . We went home and tried to load the software, but unfortunately our system was running an older version and the software required the updated “ Sonoma” version. We did open the software but did NOT use the code. We were concerned that Staples would Not accept the return.
We were fortunate to see Anushka again . After explaining the issue she quickly elevated the issue to her manager- GUY.
GUY , at first looked skeptical that the software was so “version- specific”. He decided to “run” the code and it came back negative- we were promptly issued a refund!!!

“Customer service is Remarkable at this Staples location! I called inquiring about a product and was efficiently assisted by “Pearl” who found the item and explained the details of the item. She was exceptionally professional. When I went to the store to pick up this item, I was standing in line and noticed a gentleman had purchased a very large item.. The Staples employee at the register, saw him struggling and asked him if she could get a shopping cart for him. It was Pearl! The gentleman declined, but it was so nice to witness kindness in this manner. This is my favorite store and I am here frequently… If the Customer Service experience was unacceptable I would not be returning.
