“The service is very efficient! We will also take the initiative to inform Chinese people who are moving back home from abroad about discounts and explain them in detail! Recommended!”
“Great service. The person who helped me was very patient and helpful, guiding me through every step and answering my questions. Very happy with the service at this location.”
“I can’t recommend ACE enough! Having my cat travel with me to the UAE by air cargo was such a stressful experience for me, but they made the entire process so much easier and gave me peace of mind throughout!!
Everyone was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating, especially with my very tight and crazy timeline. They were so helpful and understanding, and I truly felt that they cared about making sure everything went smoothly.
A very special thank you to Aldo and Oxana for everything! You both went above and beyond to help me through the process, and I’m incredibly grateful for your patience, kindness, and support. I was really worried about my cat traveling safely, so having Aldo and Oxana there to help made such a big difference and gave me a lot of peace of mind.
Thank you again for the exceptional service and for making such a stressful experience feel so much easier. I truly appreciate everything you did! 🐾❤”
“I came here to ship a large painting and I definitely came to the right place! Mannan was so helpful with packaging and made sure everything went smoothly in the shipping process. Will 100% be coming back!”

“The box arrived on time and most importantly good service, it is very difficult to find friendly people at shipping houses within a kilometer around, here yes, you can be sure.”
“Alex at the print station is exceptional at his job. I needed to print a picture off the internet and I was clueless on how to upscale the picture but he showed me how he could make my image bigger and clearer. He was also so patient with my many questions. My print job came out sharp and exactly how I needed it. Alex and his coworkers were all very helpful. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.”

“I am giving four stars because I usually have a wonderful experience with Staples. there are times however when you're waiting a long time to pick up your order because it has not been started yet and walk-ins have been given priority.”
“Going to the FedEx office in Whitestone Queens i very easy . The office is on Clintenville Ave in a triple floor shopping area . If you get there in the early morning parking is good . If you don't. ,parking is not fun . I always walk every where . It's just so much easyer .The staff is always very helpful .And nice to deal with . I'm not sore what there hour's are .”
“I had a great experience with Staples. I ordered an outdoor sign, and the quality turned out excellent. The print was sharp, the colors were vibrant, and the sign looked very professional. The staff was helpful throughout the process and made everything easy. I’m very happy with the final product and would definitely use Staples again for future printing needs. Highly recommended!”

“I visited this location (Rockaway Blvd & 127th Street) today for their FedEx drop off services, I don’t have a printer and as long as you can email them the label, they will print it out for you for free and put it on for you on your package!! So awesome.
Shayana was the associate who assisted me, and as I was waiting on line to be called next , I watched her, and I was highly impressed with how she dealt with the other customers very friendly, quick, attentive, very informative. The woman definitely does her job very well. It was such a pleasant interaction I had with her, I felt very respected as a customer. Thank you!!!”
