The staff from jump treated me with respect and mostly with care. Ms Betty Flore was very helpful and gave me a breakdown on my situation at hand. There’s no doubt that I’d come again if I had to but I’d also recommend this urgent care center to anyone that needs assistance and especially when it comes to our healthcare. ☺️”

“I brought in my 8 and 5 year old for blood work this morning. Everything was efficient and the wait time was short. Front desk was helpful in obtaining scripts and the phlebotomist was amazing! My older daughter had had trouble in the past with bloodwork because sometimes it’s hard for them to find the vein. However, she did a fantastic job in finding it and quickly did both procedures with no pain and luckily no tears! Thank you so much ! I’d recommend to anyone for a quick, pain free process.”
“My first visit to CityMD in Sunnyside and it was brilliant. This is a very clean and spacious facility. All the staff were very friendly and professional. I didn't get all of their names but my attending PA Brittney was fantastic as we're the ladies at reception the lady that prepped me for Brittney and the gentleman who took my x-rays. Thank you all!

“I am so confused why people gave bad ratings because for me it was very good experience.
I recently visited Labcorp 126 street, kew gardens location for routine blood work, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick, and they made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.
The phlebotomist she was highly skilled—it was one of the most painless blood draws I’ve ever experienced. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience.”
“Polite and efficient service within a clean facility. I had to draw blood with over 20 vials and I felt comfortable through the process and left relaxed as well.
Update: I came a week later over 15 minutes late and the administrator quickly asked me if I checked in. I told her I was late and wanted to make sure I was able to do the bloodwork (this is 20 mins before they close for lunch). She told me not to worry, and to check-in. I also didn’t have my lab requisitions. No problem…she told me to email them to her. Again, quick and polite service. Going here for all future lab work.”

“Had a pleasant experience (for someone who is scared of needles and bloodwork). I looked up so many Bioreference locations/reviews and even considered going into the city (even though I live in Astoria) bc it might be “more professional.” Very happy I decided to go to this location by me. Clean facility and there was no wait. They were pleasant and courteous with my insurance issue. The bloodwork was done painlessly and quickly. Will return if need be :)”

“Went here for the first time nervous especially after reading the reviews. The Asian lady was very nice and took care of me quick. I scheduled an appointment on their website super easy. Showed up 10 mins before my appt. Was told to sign the clip board to check in. Lady called my name and registered me. Got my results later the same day. I didn’t encounter any of the workers being rude. In my opinion it seems like it’s the ppl who come in that are the problem.”

Was called back exactly on time and was done with it pre-surgery blood work within 4 mins. Tech was nice and explained everything happening.
