“I brought in my 8 and 5 year old for blood work this morning. Everything was efficient and the wait time was short. Front desk was helpful in obtaining scripts and the phlebotomist was amazing! My older daughter had had trouble in the past with bloodwork because sometimes it’s hard for them to find the vein. However, she did a fantastic job in finding it and quickly did both procedures with no pain and luckily no tears! Thank you so much ! I’d recommend to anyone for a quick, pain free process.”

The woman working front desk but was definitely busy and I found her to be very nice and cheery even when people seemed to grumble and complain to her. Every single visit, they are kind, patient, professional, and genuinely caring. Lab visits can be stressful for a lot of people, but they somehow make the experience calm and comfortable every time. They remember faces, treat everyone with respect, and never rush you, which says a lot.
It’s rare to find people who consistently go above and beyond the way they do. This location is lucky to have them, and they deserve all the recognition. God bless them both — they make a real difference.”

I looked up so many Bioreference locations/reviews and even considered going into the city (even though I live in Astoria) bc it might be “more professional.” Very happy I decided to go to this location by me. Clean facility and there was no wait. They were pleasant and courteous with my insurance issue. The bloodwork was done painlessly and quickly. Will return if need be :)”
“Went here for the first time nervous especially after reading the reviews. The Asian lady was very nice and took care of me quick. I scheduled an appointment on their website super easy. Showed up 10 mins before my appt. Was told to sign the clip board to check in. Lady called my name and registered me. Got my results later the same day. I didn’t encounter any of the workers being rude. In my opinion it seems like it’s the ppl who come in that are the problem.”

“Today I completed a urine drug test at this location, and the staff were very professional and friendly. so I wanted to leave a positive review. But to my surprise, I saw some negative comments, and I felt it was necessary to clarify the law. Remind everyone that at this location, urine drug testing officially begins at 10:00 AM 。under 49 CFR for TLC urine drug tests. The collector must instruct the donor to wash and dry their hands before providing the specimen; the donor must empty and display all pocket contents; the donor is required to remove outer garments such as coats, jackets, and hats; and the collector must ensure that the donor does not flush the toilet during the collection. Failure to follow any of these instructions constitutes a “Refusal to Test,” which is treated the same as a positive drug test. The recent comment posted here is simply ridiculous. His reply genuinely surprised me ，he should be grateful the collector did not refuse his test, instead just complaining.”

“Small place but pretty fast for the drug test for tlc.
I went there in the morning about 8:30am, I was done in 15 mins.
Its tricky to get it because the GPS will take you to the back door of the labcorp. Dont go around the building. Go to the front of the building for the entrance.
Overall, it’s pretty convenient and quick.”
