“I came to Mr. Fixsmith looking to fix a headset. A tiny (and I mean really tiny) screw had fallen off and one of the earpieces was dangling hopelessly. Steve took his time to go over his collection of screws to find one that could 1) be the right size, and 2) be possible to insert in a hard-to-reach space between the earpiece and the rest of the headphones. He took his time, found the right screw and manage to tightly secure it. As frustrating as the search for a screw could be, Steve remained very friendly and helpfully answering my questions. It was a pleasure meeting him.
These are the type of repair shops that are woefully needed in Forest Hills (instead of more bank branches and chain coffee shops). The service is very dedicated to the needs of small retail customer which are not met elsewhere. I will definitely return and recommend the store. Thanks!”

All I wanted to do was update the look of my phone, as it works well and suits my needs, The gentleman who was working in the store was VERY courteous, friendly and knowledgeable, PLUS he had exactly what I needed AND the pricing was extremely reasonable! He willingly obliged by carefully fitting both the protector and cover, and I left the store within 10 minutes, a very satisfied customer and feeling like I had a brand new phone in my hand. Considering I do not live nearby I initially called to inquire about the price and spoke to Lenny. I went in person (12/20/23) and ordered the phone, and while I was there we confirmed any bill increase with Verizon. He was very thorough, accommodating and friendly. A few days later when my phone arrived, I went back and they transferred all of my information. It was quick and painless. I can't recommend them enough.”

“Shout out to Kevin for helping my boyfriend and I get new phones. Kevin helped me switch my phone number over to Cricket and join my boyfriend's plan. He helped me pick out a case, transfer my personal info from my old phone to my phone, and did the same for my boyfriend. Kevin even helped me set up the Max that comes with my new, unlimited plan. Kevin picked out and placed my glass screen protector on my phone. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy 23 FE. My boyfriend upgraded to the IPhone 14. I will definitely be doing more cellular business here. I strongly recommend shopping here and doing everything phone related at this Cricket outlet.”
