“I’m so HAPPY that I chose to visit the AT&T Howard Beach location
as the sales associate Stacey & store owner Danny provided great customer service! I decided to visit this location after having a bad experience at the Gateway Mall corporate location in which they were unable to help me. I traded in my iPhone 14 Pro Max, upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and switched from a PrePaid plan to a PostPaid plan. AT&T had a GREAT PROMOTION and I received $1100 in trade-in credits. I also purchased an iPad A16 as apart of the promotion and added it as a bundle for $0.99. The entire process took about an hour to complete and I walked out of the location super happy! I live in Brooklyn BUT I would gladly prefer to return to this location in the near future as I live close to the Gateway Mall corporate location but I strongly recommend the Howard Beach location due to their great customer service and knowledge of products and services.”

“Shout out to Kevin for helping my boyfriend and I get new phones. Kevin helped me switch my phone number over to Cricket and join my boyfriend's plan. He helped me pick out a case, transfer my personal info from my old phone to my phone, and did the same for my boyfriend. Kevin even helped me set up the Max that comes with my new, unlimited plan. Kevin picked out and placed my glass screen protector on my phone. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy 23 FE. My boyfriend upgraded to the IPhone 14. I will definitely be doing more cellular business here. I strongly recommend shopping here and doing everything phone related at this Cricket outlet.”
