Spectrum Store provides great internet and phone services. The staff is very kind and helpful. They offer assistance with internet for the home, mobile, cable, and live TV services. Customers can visit the store to shop for new products, upgrade services, pick up or return equipment, and pay bills. The staff, including customer service reps, are informative and deliver a 5 Star Customer Experience. They are excellent, patient, and knowledgeable about cell phones and home services, making them a great help to customers.
