I came to Tmobile a little frustrated with the challenges I had transferring my data to my new phone. Thanks to Sam I left having everything completed. Sam was very patient and helpful and I was done earlier than expected. Sergio was also very helpful in sharing information while I waited.

Employees of this store acts like they own the place. We’re the one’s who’s making your weekly paychecks. If you ask for any information despite being their career user, they answer like we’re bound to their careers. It’s too late,you lost not one,you’re gonna lose many more and ill make sure i tell everybody i know not to use their career. Higher post holders must investigate how their employees treat their customers. You’re gonna lose customers become of these kinda employee. It was a lady i must point out. Bye bye to tmobile for just one employee. Our hard working money doesn’t deserve these kinda service from some specific arrogant sales person.

Terrific experience! Sam was super friendly and knowledgable in helping me choose phone plan and phones. Really excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

Staff seemed to be too bothered by my question about chargers. I was given one option to choose from without explanation after I was which types they carried. I was not told the price until I was already passed forward to someone else to pay and I was tapping my phone. 2 stars because they had chargers.

My elderly father needed help with his t-mobile home internet account, they told him to call a phone number and told him off. Made no attempts to actually provide help, really helpful thanks a lot guys.

Two Wannabe Miss universe who works just now here at t-mobile very nasty attitude ? looks like they don't want to work.I just asked them to transfer my data from the old to new device ??and they told me that the wifi there it's to slow.? OK, but the attitude with customers they need to get better.

3 stars because the other employees seemed to be nice, but that dude Sammy needs to goooo! From the moment my boyfriend and I approached his table he completely disrespected and belittled us. Goodluck to anyone trying to actually voice their concerns because he will simply cut you off. I have worked in customer service before and just from the few minutes that I was in there I could tell Sammy makes that place unbearable not only for the customers but also for the other employees. And don't even get me started on how I caught him gawking at this one women's cleavage while he was supposed to be helping us. No joke he was just outright staring at her body for 20 seconds straight...yikes. Please fire this man.

Manager SAMMY is the absolute BEST!!! He needs a promotion! He helped me with my Samsung phone in May. He has an amazing personality, professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his light & fun attitude. Thank you Sammy! I'm the happiest customer because you helped me!! I definitely will only be visiting this location from now on!!! :)

Sammy has given me the most uncomfortable and unprofessional customer service I have ever encountered in my life. He started mocking me as soon as I walked in when I asked if the screen protector being part of the insurance protection plan was still a thing. When I proceeded to ask the second question, he interrupted every time I tried to finish my sentence by telling me I’m doing “too much”. After about 6-7 awkward attempts to finish my question went with no avail, I turned to another employee and finished my sentence. This employee (we’ll call him John for simplicity’s sake, didn’t catch his name) then proceeded to assist me and clean my screen to apply the screen protector. Sammy commented on how careful he was being in a reproachful manner. John responds that he is a professional. Sammy was quick to answer “I’m not, I put it as is and the customer gets what they get.” I responded I figured. Honestly I am appalled. His attitude is that of someone that hates his job. And most likely his life. He should not be in a customer-based position. He detests people. T-mobile I expected better from you. I have been with you for almost ten years, and this individuals manner was so revolting, it even crossed my mind to cut all ties. Also, John applied the wrong screen protector on my phone. I now have a screen protector that covers my camera and the speaker which you put your ear to. The pictures still come out fine, but I imagine with time it’ll fog up. I don’t hear people on the other end on phone calls, I have to put my call on speaker phone. I now have to take time out of my incredibly busy schedule because of the short comings of your employees.

Princess assisted my wife and I in setting up the e-sim and assisted us with getting the home internet as well. She was very polite and knowledgeable! I recommend going to her she was very nice

Princess was very patience with all my questions. She was knowledgeable on all products and services. She was not rushing me and very understanding. She helped me setup my new phone and showed me how to use it.

Extremely dissatisfied at the service I received at this location today. I wasn’t greeted with a warm welcome and wasn’t helped the way I should have been. I walked in today around 1pm. A associate named Sasha came up to me and said what brings me in? I stated I needed a SIM card replacement, instead of asking me what was wrong she immediately said “it’s going to be $10” I said it’s defective and she said she would get someone else to help me. The other person who came to help me stated that they don’t give SIM cards in store and that I would have to get on the phone with T-Mobile… I’m a customer at T-Mobile for over 11 years and was treated like I wasn’t a customer. I later reached out to an employee that I know at T-Mobile and they stated that the people at the store could have definitely helped but chose not to go into my account due to me not purchasing anything and they didn’t want to “interact” with my account due to store goals. This is sad. Terrible service and made me feel uncomfortable. T-Mobile has been dropping the ball lately. I thought customer service was their main priority. They also didn’t want to give me a screen protector In store and ordered one for me because of them not wanting to interact with their numbers by going into my account being that I was only their for service issues. Disappointed in this location and allowing their employees to treat customers like this
