It has been one year my accout is closed from them. But still they don't send me the check of the balance of my account which is 1500 dollar. Their management is not good at all.

The customer service was disappointing. They didn't even tried to listen what I had to say, the guy Adam was really rude. It took me half an hour to speak with a representative alone in phone. Time is important and they definitely don't take it seriously.
