She always has all the answers to your problems and best of all, she takes the time to listen to you. She is also super friendly. “I’ve come in to deposit some money for my boss a couple of times and decided to open an account for myself on a whim, which I didn’t expect to be such a great experience. “I had a very good experience this ATM really very useful for everybody. It is located in Queens Hospital 1 64th St. very close to bus stop and a lot of plenty of parking available around here and it is in the inpatient service building of Queens Hospital. A lot of people can come here they have the ATM is located next to the vending machine machine and information centre which is very good for everybody can come and use it really very wonderful experience and they have two ATM which is really unique and best it is next to the entrance of the hospital and lift everybody can come to easy to identify it and easy to navigate it, which is very nice highly recommend recommended this place to everybody must come and check out.”

“I have not been inside to see how helpful the tellers and other banking personal are but I do frequent the ATMs often. I feel safe coming here, even at odd hours in the night. There are 2 ATMs indoors with cameras, usually there are short/no lines and it is directly off Queens Blvd.”

“This for the atm..I've never encountered anything wrong with the machines. They updated it to dispense different denominations for the bills *finally* which I appreciated. It was quick and easy and there are always many available. As for the shadiness on sutphin, I would use the atm inside the bank around employees if making a big withdrawal or doing anything with cash going from your bag to the machine.. I've had a few uncomfortable interactions with other patrons and felt uneasy and ended up leaving before I could withdraw. Just watch your surroundings. I see why many rather withdraw with a teller here rather than ATM.”

“The staff and manager I interacted with on Saturday, 11/1/25, were so great. They were professional and kind. Giuseppe Castiglione went above and beyond for me and that is something I will always remember and why I’ll continue to utilize this credit union in the future. Monica was the person that set up my auto loan from terminal 8 and she was such a helpful and professional loan officer and Diane Vega is also great in that office.”
