“I came to Audra's "Women Auto Know" workshop hoping to become more educated about my car and to be more confident when going to auto body shops. All too often, I'm told what's needed for my car and then given a bill without actually knowing what I'm paying for and whether the work and/or part was needed. I came out of Audra's workshop a thousand times more confident. The workshop was great, and so was she. Audra was super patient, she gave us real world advice and even provided us tips to help us save money. I also watched her interact with her customers and she was fantastic. “This is my first time having car serviced there, the shop is convenient for me. I casually mentioned, to the owner Abdul, I’m going on a long trip and needed an oil change and wheel alignment. And I was so happy and surprised that he heard and was mindful of my safety in servicing my vehicle. And as my vehicle was being serviced the mechanics made him aware of other things that were needful. They informed me promptly and ask if I wanted it done, and told me the price every step of the way. And I know they were not lying because I know those repairs and replacement were due.The shop is very well maintained and orderly even with most of servicing sites and parking spaces full. And the even better the pricing & labor was on the lower range of the average cost! For each replacement and service. And the best part! As I was driving, I think I heard my car purrring lol!
And all being well this is shop for my 6 mos maintenance and in betweens!

“The mechanics there know their stuff, and can fix (as far as I know) just about anything you bring to them! - And all for a modest, fair price! I used to live in NY but moved to PA, however, when I need to get work done on my car I go to NY because I trust these guys to do the work right! My only problem is I have to get my Inspection done in PA (Where it is registered).”
“Great service, the owner comes out himself and explains and gives options . The guys that work there are kind and helpful. I received a steal on the price of the tires I needed. They even offer free flat fixes, I have never seen that any where else. They take care of the services you request and answer all questions you have. I would recommend anyone to go here. Make this your stop when you need new tires. Better to get 4 and keep thing's balanced.”

So they sourced apart from another junkyard and they sold it to me for the price that they said they would sell me their piece despite the other piece costing them more. And on top of this, they were all very nice!”

“Father told me about this place when I felt my tire pressure was low...got there around 8am...I asked the Worker to just put some air in it so I could rush to get to work...he told me he should inspect it thoroughly 1st...come to find out it was flat with a nail in it...he gave me the option to sit in the car or wait in the shop while he.patched it...I opted to wait in the shop.enjoyed listening to his gospel music and watchin the news on his tv...glad I got there when I did cause like a parade of cars pulled up right after me one after the other...but he took his time with mine and made folks wait...gave such GREAT customer service, charged a super fair price, I gave him a GREAT tip and made it on time for work! Then drove past the tire shop closer to my house on Linden wasnt even opened yet!”
