“Victoria Orrego had me at “Hello!” I expected to receive lack luster and disinterested customer service as I have at previous locations and received the exact opposite. I was very determined to stick within my price range and not once did Victoria dissuade me or say, “No can do!” I came in close to closing but she gave me the same energy she would if it were early in the day. She really worked with her managers to give me what I wanted (and even threw in a lil’ razzle dazzle in the form of add-ons). I drove in with a 19’ Civic and drove out with my dream car, 20’ Accord (within my price range!!!) Thank you so much for your persistence, kindness, and wonderful aura. Update: November 2025. I’m so thankful for The amazing staff at Paragon. This is my third car from this particular dealership and I’m so pleased with my experience. Mervany, the finance manager and Deniz, my salesperson, were so accommodating and kind throughout the whole process. “I didn't get the chance to scope the different inventory but they do sell Mercedes, Nissans, infinity, and toyota among other vehicles. Most of the vehicles are within the 2017 to 2021 but finance only for those who may need an upgrade but do not have the cash-in-hand. Parking is not available but street parking is always there. Overall, the inventory look decent”
