“Visited here with a coworker to get some sneakers appraised. They're a very cool consignment store that sells unique hard to find sneakers. The wall of sneakers is a sneakers head collector's dream.”

“Nice stuff to look at but I came in looking for a specific thing and I got it! I was looking for a coffee cup and saucer and I found a nice one and the owner provided useful information for us. I think it was a good price for each set.”

“A must-stop for vintage lovers in the NYC/Astoria area!

Loveday also has an incredible selection of jewelry and accessories.

Plus, the owner is a true local that you can talk to about anything from fashion to the best brunch spot to news of the day.”

“This store is amazing. It has toys for 10 years old to everything you need for a new born. Half off if not even 60% off.. some items are brand new some are used but majority are in great condition. The owner is a sweetheart.”

“I recently had one of many amazing experiences here; I’ve been going to this location for years, in fact I don’t live in the neighborhood anymore and I come here anyway for the curated selection and generally good vibes. My buyer had a great eye and bought 6 pairs of shoes from me for more than reasonable prices. Zoey… sorry if I spelt you’re name wrong… but Zoey was my buyer and she has a well trained eye and great taste! I hope someone enjoys those Mui Mui shoes ? my mom came and got a couple of great pieces also. I love a small business and as a second hand store enthusiast I must say OPC is giving some previously established businesses some serious competition. I’ll be back… probably to trade for winter. You guys rock! sustainable fashion forever!!!”

“PROS: It’s super big so you’re bound to find something. Lots of random things like knickknacks, school supplies, and appliances if you’re interested in that. Nice selection of jewelry. Also it’s in a mall/bazaar that includes a tailor and a smaller more expensive second hand store with a nicer selection.

CONS: They keep your bags behind a counter while you shop so make sure you wear something with pockets for your phone, wallet, etc. You can’t use the dressing rooms and there aren’t a lot of mirrors around. They have employees do the “self checkout” for you which is kind of awkward. Full price is a bit expensive but they have each item tagged with a different color and each day a different set of colors are on sale so you can still find deals.”

“First time going to this location, and really enjoyed it. I love books, and they have a really large selection right at the front of the store. In the back, there is a large selection of clothes, dining ware, and the likes!”
