So before going with my daughter to apply for our passports, I read the reviews and was holding my breath. Turned out when I got there I went to a guy by the name of Robert. He was respectful, kind and knowledgeable. The process didn’t take long and I was pleasantly surprised.
Thank you Robert, it’s people like you that make positive impact in society.

The delivery person changes daily it seems. One stayed at the gate and threw the mail on the ground not anywhere close to the mailbox on the house. They open the gate come in and walkout and leave the gate wide open. They are acting as if they are doing us a favor and it’s not their job.

Many times I'll have a package thrown at my doorstep rather than them walking to open the gate and deliver it which is what their job entails. I guess they only run and move fast when something is free for them rather than do their jobs with fidelity or quality/care. Disgusting but I guess thats how you all get jobs now because of someone you know not if you're a quality person.

The worst!! 2 different times they mix up my package and mailed it the wrong place. My suggestion if you’re sending multiple stuff have them do it one at a time and collect the receipt then do the 2nd item

The lady worker with Dreadlocks was incredibly rude and had a wrong answer before I even asked my question. She did not even listen 😭 That lady DOES NOT care!

Extremely rude teller.
Me: “good afternoon”
Her: *silence* / *blank stare*
Me: “ok, can I please have one stamped envelope?”
Her: *silence* / *blank stare*
Me: *takes item and pays for it* “ thank you I hope you have a better day!”
Her: *silence*
The next person in line had to ask if she was still open because she didn’t even call the next to step down. If you don’t like your job, do everyone a favor and just quit. Slavery days are over , you are choosing to come to a bs job everyday you don’t like. Customer service here is extremely bad. I would give it zero stars out of five if it was an option.

They don’t pick up the phone. I tried four times. I need delivery confirmation for funds release and the package has been sitting at this post office for several days. ‘Will deliver next delivery day’ for several days.
Look, Im aware usps as a whole is falling apart. But by the looks of your reviews of this specific location; I see I’m not the only party this office has given such a hard time to.
This location is a prime example of the bad rep the United States Postal Service gets.
Do your job and fulfill the service which I paid for. Don’t you want that pension one day?

I don’t normally write reviews but today was the day . I made mistake of not bringing one of my original documents for my passport and the lady with the colorful dreads was extremely rude and I had to tell her to calm down it wasn’t that serious . And looking at all these comments it mainly about her . She’s the problem at this point

It was an old lady with glasses and red dreads in her hair who was oddly rude and disrespectful not acceptable and very unprofessional i do not recommend. Awful customer service and poor staff will be reporting
