I somehow always encounter the same worker Nancy and she is extremely rude, unapproachable, and unforgiving. Always makes what’s supposed to be a simple transaction complicated. Respectfully, stop letting that lady work the window.

They overcharged me $60 to ship a hat that weighs about 7 ounce it’s ridiculous. They workers there are busy checking their phone and using nail polish.

This is absolutely the most unprofessional post office I’ve ever dealt with. They must be miserable with their personal lives because the way they talk to people and not willing to help with how to mail a letter (because not everyone does, everything is electronic now) is horrendous. Their job is to help people with any mailing difficulties one is having because that’s what they’re there for and they act like it’s us inconveniencing them when they applied to work there. Please do better and teach them to be better humans.

i hated going here. i had a few boxes (8) and all prepaid so she just had to scan it, to send out one day and i wanted the receipt for it. and the lady who was taking me said she couldn’t take all my boxes and that she would make me line up AGAIN on the line i had already lined up on. and when i told her that is just silly and doesn’t make sense, she was arguing and saying “im wasting her time, do you want to just keep talking with me and wasting our time or do you want to just line up again so we can just get the rest of your boxes in later?”
tell me that is not the absolute worst customer service you have ever seen! if you hate sitting on a chair all day and on your phone (yes she was on her phone scrolling and texting!!!! not even saying hi hello have a nice day nothing) then quit your job and work somewhere else if you hate it there so much
i hate it at this location, it’s the closest to my house but i will never be going back AGAIN and i will be walking even further with all my packages. better than having to deal with all the rude workers at this location!

I am with my service dog and they refused to give me service. I even showed them the ID of my dog. Is this even a government office? Refusing to give service?

I’ve experienced repeated issues with this location that reflect a serious lack of consideration for customers. Delivery errors are frequent, and the front desk staff are consistently unhelpful and, at times, openly rude. Many of the employees seem disengaged and unwilling to assist with even basic inquiries.
Today, I waited in line and overheard multiple customers expressing frustration over missed deliveries due to sudden procedural changes. On top of that, I was unable to retrieve my package because I have an out-of-state ID, despite ordering through Amazon. Typically, Amazon deliveries are left at my door or a designated location—never a problem until now.
This facility is in urgent need of reform, whether that means staff retraining or entirely new personnel in both delivery and customer service roles.

What is the problem with the Postal Service employees? Can't they read? I have lost 4 packages that were supposed to be delivered, but they never arrived. I live on 86-15 and they left a package here for 85-05, it's been a week. Is this how packages get lost? They are incompetent, irresponsible. Is there a supervisor who can do something about this?

An express service was paid for the package, an important document from Thursday, May 23, today, May 31, and the package is still lost in this email, the attention is terrible, they do not respond to the package, they only say that it will arrive, they do not know when, if you do not want it If your package is lost, do not send via USPS, it is a very poor company.
