Very poor service. The employees treated us as if we were incapable of reading or understanding the information provided. I was extremely disappointed with the way both ladies at this location spoke to and treated us. Customer service should be respectful and professional, and unfortunately, that was not our experience.

The line is out the door. One clerk is working. Then, that one clerk goes to the back and doesn’t dare that the line is growing. And all you hear is people talking and laughing in the back of the office. What a disgrace.

I waited in line for 45 minutes to send a package. Only one counter was open. In the end, I was refused service because the clerk couldn't scan the code on the package.
