Terrible service, an Asian lady helped me, it seems racist because of the way she treats you, they didn't want to give me my package because I didn't have proof of address with me, even though I gave her my passport with my name on it, they treat you very badly, I will never They had asked me for proof of addresses with just an ID.

Maybe one of the worst post office in NY.Unfortunately, this is the station all international shipping is going in my area.They NEVER leave an info notice when first attempt, not even come to deliver sometimes.This time and last time, I received an info notice the day before the package was sent back.I could pick up last time but it's too late this time.And when I try to pick up, "oh the package is probably still on the truck" or "we don't have it, maybe different location" always happens.Basically all clerks there including a supervisor are terrible and unhelpful.Phone is not in service for a longest time.I don't expect friendly and nice service but they don't even provide least and minimum service.They definitely should close this station.

First of all I thought of going here cos the service was usually good. But my first time coming here on a Saturday, January 27, I came in at 11:50 AM to drop off my envelope. And I saw two employees working, the Asian one left after she finished with the person, and she left, leaving to one employee working, while more and more customers come. And the clerk left at 10 minutes after I waited, and the African man was still talking too much to the clerk, which clerk normally don't do to me and others. That one is totally getting on my nerves, along with more and mor customers coming in and only one employee was working.If I don't need to go to any post office on the weekend, then I would not have come here and experience this trouble. But fortunately I don't have other schedule to meet, otherwise I would have freaked out and try to run to another post office at Queens Blvd and Eliot Av.

This post office is horrible. It's old, run down, and never had adequate staffing. How do you only have 1 window open at 5 pm??? They need to do better

It's ashame, customer service is gone to the dogs these days.From a huge business like this...This location, has very rude staff, and poor services!!!Long lines out the door.Limited overworked, staff, whom are stress out, and have bad attitude!!!Is this the type of services people are paying for? They raised the shipping costs but not the customer service...Thank goodness there's FedEx, UPS etc.I will not do business there again.I feel bad for some people whomare not familiar with shipping.I ask the worker to tell me the weight of the package, she said I should be prepared by getting my own scale and weigh my packages before I go to the post office.Is that what customers pay postage for...The post office should change the ways they go about hiring workers!I wonder what really do they do there, just collect money.I had QR codes, it took about a minute, or less to load on my phone, she had a problem with that too...Most of all I was just doing it for my elderly neighbor.Not the 1st time I witness the rudenes, with them dealing with other customers...Maybe they should have a sale with an additional screen facing customers, so customers can see too, or have one for customer use in the PO. Since they don't want to be bothered...

I ordered a gift for my nephew for Christmas and even though my package ARRIVED at the Elmhurst post office (tracking info showed it arrived there) the post office claimed they lost the package. I’m incredibly disappointed and would give 0 stars if i could. I don’t even believe they tried all that hard to look for it.

Super rude Asian lady in the front. I am not sure if she was just having a bad day but super rude not only to me but the person in front of me. Even when I had to go back through the line I went to a different lady who sent me to another lady beside the Asian lady. She started saying how she told me I was missing a number but I was trying to explain to her I already fixed that but she wasn’t having it. And based off the reaction of the last lady I spoke too, who straight up ignored her, this probably isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m not sure why you Willis continue to let’s someone like that work in a customer service role

Terrible services, Especially a lady who got transferred from Post office located at elmhurst Broadway. She has so much attitude and sent me back four or five times with my simple address change. She let me wait three months for address change confirmation. But when I came to this post office thinking service would be better and could help me. But end up seeing the same lady again in this post office. She needs to be replaced.Except an African gentleman whom I met on Monday around 3:30pm. Not as bad as the reviews say. Delivered 30+ packages at this location and never once had a problem. Always gets things done efficiently as long as you cooperate. It’s a minimum wage job so you can’t expect all the employees to have a polite attitude ?♀️ only con is the long wait lines. The Black guy working there is really nice. The Hispanic and Asian lady are efficient too.

We went to this post office to track our important document. The lady who assist us just did the same thing what we did. Enter the tracking number then, of course it willShow that package was delivered. Our main concern is not even addressed. Cause that’s all she could do. Why then we went to post office if we could have just use the tracking number ourselves.
