Brought heavy package in and had taped label so it wouldn’t scan. Instead of sending me off Edward went to great lengths to reprint my label and saved me a whole lot of trouble. Really appreciate the outstanding customer service!

Got a delivery was delivered to the wrong address completely no idea what's going on now put in a complaint and still no idea of what's going on with my order to this moment saying they made a report and will investigate but no idea and no help as of yet

It's a joke of a FedEx. They don't take certain types of things. In my case it was because it was electronic in nature. If I could've given them 0 stars I would have.

Tried to drop packages off and manager told me they wouldn’t take them because there wasn’t enough room in the locker when there was plenty of room

Easy parking . Staff was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. On and out in less than 5 minutes.

They will refuse to ship your packages when their small locker is full of packages. Fedex needs to figure this out, they can't close all their actual locations and have tiny onsite services that can't handle packages.
