Visited Lake George and was looking for somewhere to drop in. Had a lot of fun here on the 2 days I dropped in. Staff and members were friendly. I’d 100% come back if I ever visit the area again.

Did a drop in while on vacation and had a great time. The owner was super friendly and helped me with some pointers on a few movements I was unfamiliar with. I look forward to coming here again in the future for a good workout!

Thanks to Chad and the community for a great drop in. A welcoming community and a well organized class with a great workout.
