We went in to swap accounts and were told the amount we each had to pay every month based on the line of service. We were told what each line was going to cost. And then the bill came. They were $15 off on each line. I have no idea how it happened or why the guy told us one thing and it ended up being another, but I am absolutely switching services after this.

They have one person doing all walk ins with 12 customers waiting. Four people have walked out after waiting an hour!

I went there to pick-up the modem replacement that I complained the night before which the on call technician have reserved and everything is ready right away. When I installed with the helped of the customer service, everything went fine during the activation.

Got the equipment that was ordered for me. The weather was starting to get back questionable but I made it to Queensbury before it got really bad. The thing I didn't understand was why there was six people working in this place. Seems a bit of overload. Most of them were busy chatting up and not doing any work. Must be a cushy job.You would think management would not like having workers obviously doing nothing for hours and getting paid . There wereno customers in the store the whole time I was there.

I was thinking about canceling my home WiFi because it was 90$ a month and I dont use technology often. Before I canceled I stopped into spectrum to see if there was anything I could do. I found a worker named Naeem and helowered my home internet bill from 90$ to only 50$. If you’re thinking about doing anything make sure you see Naeem he’s a nice young gentleman .

After a nightmare experience with Verizon, spectrum was able to quickly get my number ported back over. Adam at the queensbury location was great with helping me get my phone set up correctly and quickly. He was very knowledgeable and helpful!

They are horrible. We had to wait over a half hour to return our equipment which was working perfectly fine but because we moved they made is change it out. The new equipment doesn’t even work as good as the ones we just turned in. Just to get them to install a coax cable I was on the phone with them for OVER an hour with them trying to sell me stuff. Then we go to the store and she’s still trying to sell us stuff we said no thank we just wanted to return it as we’ve been waiting for over a half hour and she keeps asking about other services and when we start to get impatient and tell her no she clearly becomes upset and throws the box that our old equipment was previously in on the floor. I believe her name is Julie. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So glad frontier ran fiber down our road and you now have real competition. Your services suck and you are way overpriced for the value. Nothing like waking up to start your day and you cant watch the local channels but the other garbage channels work. The excuse is planned maintenance (I did reboot the box because if you call for tech assistance that is their answer). Perhaps you should do your maintenance in the middle of the night not 6am. It is no wonder I see the Frontier trucks hooking up all my neighbors, your dominance is coming to an end, you have been stealing from consumers for years, now you have competition. Every dog has its day, no wonder you are pushing cell service which is provided off Verizon towers. Sooner or later your 50k company cell phones wont be worth it to Verizon and they will get rid of you. Of course let's not forget the long wait should you go to the store, I spent over an hr. There when they sent me the wrong equipment.

Adam and Michelle are great. Michelle moved me over from TMobil, she did a great job. I went back because I decided to upgrade my phone and Adam helped me. He too is amazing. He has a warm smile and took time to show me the features of the phone. I had a lot of questions and he was patient, listened and set my mind at ease with the new phone. They both were great. I initially saw Brandon but happily switched to Adam as Brandon was no help, off putting and dare I say rude. If you go into the store seek out Adam and/or Michelle.

I went here so I could talk to someone in person. I waited a long time before I was able to. A woman, I believe, is a manager who came from out back, looked around with a bored look on her face, and then went in the back room. I told the salesperson what service I wanted, and he continued to try and sell me services I didn't want. I left disgusted with no plan.

Wait time is horrendous. Not enough representatives and not very efficient at moving people along. It's not a big surprise for Spectrum service.

Frankly, a waste of time. We waited over 15 minutes at our Queensbury Store to be told that we would NOT receive new cable cards for our tivos. In spite of showing him/them a letter we received from the Company stating that we would. When I got home, I *CALLED* the company and spoke to TRUE customer service and "Robert" did their magic and they are sending us the NEW CABLE CARDS, that our local store said did Not exist. Our Queensbury location was not helpful; nor were they very friendly. Of course, I am only one opinion but I generally LIKE people and "our" guy was Not very friendly and, frankly, seemed unhappy in
his job. Granted, customer service is HARD...I did it for years BUT
I didn't see one person walk out of the store with a smile.

Understaffed!
Waited over an hour to return equipment and still 11th in line.
Customers ahead of me indicated they had already waited 3 hours.
Unacceptable service when paying such high monthly fees.

The customer service that I was provided was amazing. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
