The staff was super friendly it never once seem annoyed by me which was pleasant. “During the last "ice storm" my son's car spun out , hoped a curb and hit a wall . cracked the whole front bumper and side panel . Went to Granto's with no appt.Mr. Granto ( Pete) came out checked out the car went on his computer , instructed me on what to tell my insurance and asked me to come back on Monday .He estimated my car would take a full week to repair ,4 days later the call that all was finished and all my insurance paper work was completed and we even saved a small sum of money that was originally mentioned . “I had a wonderful experience with DNA towing. My car broke down in NF I placed my call with triple A and DNA was to me in about 15 minutes! In the pouring rain. Matt was my service driver he was kind, professional and courteous . As well as woman (I forgot her name) called to make sure I was okay and make sure they had my exact location , how many riders . And was extremely kind herself. I will be using this company again even without my triple A if necessary . (Let’s hope not though) thank you DNA for your hospitality”
