“A lot of changes recently for the BETTER. New manager Mana fixed a bunch of thing ignored for years. Finally feel like I’m half appreciated in branch. Can’t thank her enough.”
“We switched to NBT to get rid of the overarching and overreaching Bank of America and we had advice to do business with a hometown bank .We also have a second home up north. The bank is very prevalent in that area. The customer service is amazing and we are very happy. There's a glitch with our statements in that we like paper statements and even after several f-t-f with branch managers, they cannot get all our accounts on one statement mailing for some reason. Overall a 5 star bank and we love the branch in Gloversville for all their friendly service. The branch in Guilderland had one teller that was not so 4 or 5 star, but hopeful he's fixed that or is gone.”
“I’m not sure why there are so many poor reviews for this location. I visit this location for routine transactions, such as withdrawing and depositing. I don’t recall any instance where I had to wait excessively long and interactions with the teller have always been friendly and professional.”
“I had to go to Broadview credit union today, which has been my credit union for many years. I went to open a new checking account and to make a couple more adjustments on other accounts I have there. Erin was the young lady who helped me and not only was she very helpful and knowledgeable, but extremely pleasant. I see that the credit union doesn’t get the best and highest ratings, but I’ve never had an issue with them at all. Erin made this process very simple and very pleasant.”
“I’ve had a positive experience since switching from sefcu back to KeyBank. This branch isn’t open as late as others but I just plan accordingly. Everyone has been helpful and very nice. ATM has always worked when I go to it unlike other comments I see below.”
