“This has been my go to Verizon store for several years. The staff is always extremely polite,
professional and knowledgeable. They work together to solve any problems.
This last visit will keep me returning! I had the pleasure of working with Shafi, he was all of the above and more. Thank you for always making what most of think of as a chore into a fun and pleasant experience!”
“OUTSTANDING! Lela Valles is knowledgeable, professional and exceptionally patient. She spent hours resolving our complex phone/fraud issue. She was thorough, determined and went above and beyond in making sure the issue was completely solved. Braiden, another Verizon representative, was helpful and supportive in clearing up the problem. Thank you!!”
“Great staff, helped me with a warranty exchange. Easy to work with. Care about the customers. Bob , the manager was great and very helpful. Went out of his way to help me.”
