It was going to take a few days for the repair and I live out of town so they gave me car rental suggestions that were cheaper than AAA could find, helped me figure out a car service to get me to the rental place, gave me and my daughter treats and seltzer, assessed the car before I left and... when it turned out to be relatively quick, *fixed it* there and then, saving me over $600 in car rental expenses plus days of time and energy and hours and hours of driving.
