“As much as I usually don’t trust Mavis discount tires, the Mavis discount tire in valatie ny is my go to for when I have to take my fleet vehicles in for repairs and oil changes. They know how to run the system. They’re really good at inspecting the vehicle and making sure everything is in proper working order and get things done in a very timely manner and it’s one of the few Mavis discount tires I’ve been to where the employees are actually very polite and knowledgeable, as to what my needs are for my vehicles and can get me in and out in a matter of only a few hours on a Thursday after work when they’re open late so I can get the truck out same day and go back to work the next day”
“I'm writing because I read the review of the gentleman who purchased the (I think) Nissan truck in 2015. I have no idea about what happened and wouldn't presume to judge. I DID buy a 2006 Toyota Highlander from them in 2010. It had 66,000 miles and now has 190,000. No problems. Yes I know it's mostly the car but I got a good price and good care afterward. I do most of my work at Van Allen, buy tires, batteries, brakes, etc. Get body work done. Never had a problem with these folks. Good people.”

“Thank you to Frank and the crew at the Deer Run location for their honesty and integrity. Brought my daughter’s car in to replace all tires after she hit the curb. But they determined there was no real damage and the tires didn’t need to be replaced. Additionally they fixed a damaged shield underneath and recalibrated the system for no cost!”
“I had a dead battery. We are on vacation at Lake George. Took our car to Warren's. They provide a battery even more robust that I was looking for. Tested my alternator with dead and new battery. Installed the new battery very quickly at a fair price. Great service.”
“Service is always pleasant and fast. I've never had any issues with my car being fixed except for a current issue that can't be diagnosed, but the manufacturer couldn't diagnose it either. Prices are also much better than any other shop in the area I've been to, and Van Allen doesn't try to upsell you on things you don't need.”
“Traveled to area from NC for family emergency. Picked up a screw in tire during torrential downpour with flooded streets. They could've charged me whatever they wanted to. Tire was patched, other 3 were checked and made sure I was road worthy. All in for under $40. Matt was wonderful to deal with. Highly recommend this place”
“Great experience. My first time there. I went there today to buy 4 tires for my 09 Honda Pilot. I went in and was met by the front counter person. He was friendly, knowledgable and quickly looked up prices for me and explained the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, organized and had a tv. I was driving away in less than an hour. The tires run great. Good prices. Great experience. We'll be back there next time we buy tires.”
“Very friendly and prompt! I called with a tire sensor issue and not only did they tell me to just come right in, they checked tired pressure and calibrated the system. They also showed me how to recalibrate it myself! Definitely will be using this business again in the future!”
