Monro saved my new tire, pulled a lag bolt out of all things, and plugged it. I've been running fine on it since. All for $38. Recommend”

I’ll start by saying that, as a female, I absolutely dread coming to body shops out of fear my lack of knowledge in the area will be taken advantage of. That wasn’t the case here.
They provide discounts as well as cash-pay discounts for those paying out of pocket and gave me a quote over FIFTY PERCENT LOWER than 3 other highly rated, family owned shops in Latham!
Khach and his team were extremely attentive, transparent, and consistently provided updates throughout the process. In the end they put out good, honest, reasonably priced work and my car was done in less than two weeks looking better than it did before the collision.

I came to 1894 Central Ave. Mavis discount Store a nice gentleman named Jordan got me Right in for an oil change with great service. I’ve been putting air in my tire every week, not knowing that I had a nail in the tire that Jordan and his techs found it. Though they couldn’t take me at that exact moment, he gave me a time range for an hour later where they could probably squeeze me in. Though they were busy when I came back, they were kind, polite, and managed to squeeze me in quickly and get me back on the road.
Though I didn’t share it at the time, they were my third attempt to get the tire repaired that afternoon and were able to ensure that I could safely complete a several hour trip scheduled that afternoon!

“On a hot Friday of a holiday weekend we blew out a camper tire on a New York State. Thruway made it to the Selkirk exit so I started looking for tire stores, knowing that these big box stores might not deal with a trailer tire and I prefer to deal with a small business. I called Shodack he had our tire in stock got me back on the road at a fair price two thumbs up. Support your local small business such as this.

“I had a great experience at Steve Shannon Tire & Auto Center on River Street in Troy. I dropped my car off right when they opened at 7:30 to have four snow tires put on (which I bought elsewhere and brought in), and I was helped immediately. My car went right in, and the whole process was quick and smooth.
What really stood out was the customer service. They were straightforward and no pressure at all. I never felt like anyone was trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. Prices were right, the staff was honest, and the overall experience couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend!”

“Great experience. My first time there. I went there today to buy 4 tires for my 09 Honda Pilot. I went in and was met by the front counter person. He was friendly, knowledgable and quickly looked up prices for me and explained the process. The waiting area was clean, comfortable, organized and had a tv. I was driving away in less than an hour. Woke up to a tire sensor issue on my Abarth that has track mods / tires—called cold, and even though the shop was booked two weeks out, he had me in the bay within 10 minutes from first point of contact.
