This bank is beyond any of my expectations. I have dealt with banks around the country for years. The personal service and connections this bank has made with me and my family has surprised me.

This is a unique bank. They are committed to something long lost, client service, and real interactions with those who are customers. I have experienced it from every single person I have dealt with at various branches.

The manager, Missy, and the assistant manager, Zak have both made sure to reach out to me on different occasions with personal service. I am just a regular customer. I do not have a lot of money. I am not a wealthy client. And yet, they treat me as if I was a billionaire.

I wish all businesses were as good as this bank. Life for us as consumers would be heaven.”

I stop into the branch regularly, often needing documents notarized, and Alicia, the Branch Manager, is always there to help. No matter how busy she is, she greets me with a smile and takes the time to make sure everything is handled properly. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help never go unnoticed.

What I love most about this branch is the openness of the lobby. There are no barriers between the staff and the customers. When you walk in, Alicia and Alex are right there, ready to assist, answer questions, or simply say hello. It creates a welcoming atmosphere that makes banking feel personal rather than transactional.

In a world where customer service often feels rushed and impersonal, Alicia, Alex, and the entire team at Trustco Red Hook remind me what great service should be. They make every visit a pleasant experience, and I truly appreciate having a local branch where I am treated like a neighbor rather than an account number.

“I had such a nice experience with Matthew from the call center yesterday and today that I just had to leave a review.
When I called yesterday I’m sure I was rambling. It’s been a stressful few weeks and now I had an issue with a credit card charge and needed help fixing that. Matthew was so incredibly pleasant. He listened patiently as I rambled (I’m sure he didn’t need to know every detail of past few weeks LOL). He was super kind in not only helping me with the issue at hand, fixing a whole other issue I wasn’t expecting him too. Good customer service deserves recognition.
