I personal Bank with Capital One Bank the app is very easy to use, the staff are nice,and the fact you can open a checking account at age 8+ is really helpful.

This Capital One branch has the rudest staff ever. Besides long wait for the teller. This time, I was sitting at the waiting area waiting to see a banker to open a business account. This Indian lady banker was in the glass office screaming to two Asian couple about how they mis-read their account number. Literally screaming at them like they are two idiots. When she walked out the glass office, she asked me and few others who were waiting to see her if we had made appt with her. We all said, no. She then told everyone to leave since we didn't make an appt online. It was around 2:35pm. And she said she had to leave. WT@. I just turned around and left.

this location is disaster staff service very bad experience of this location staff is very rudly not care costomer .they r insterested only own salary . need to change staff. we have 7 business accounts .

Tried withdrawing money with my debit card and had my Identication card (passport & City ID) but the cashier said she needed my Social Security Number/Tax ID. It felt wrong so I left.

11/13/2022, 11:33am. I just walked into this branch to exchange $1.75 for quarters for the parking meter. I had $1 bill, 10 dimes and 5 pennies. Sounds simple, right? My turn with the teller comes I tell her what I need, she then proceeds to ask for my drivers license, and last 4 of my social. I was surprised especially for some change, when I voiced this she claims thats their procedure for any cash exchange. Then she asks if I used to have a card with them, I say yes (credit) long ago. I was still was shocked that I have to give the last four of my social to exchange the small bill and some coins. Feeling doubtful and a bit taken a back, tried my best to remember the last four, eventually I wrote down the correct combo, (my first two where 1 number wrong). In circled the right combo. For the teller to still insist im wrong, (I was right, double checked once I got home) and then With my current Driver's license in hand, and my old account pulled up, proceeds to then ask if this is my current address! As my frustration is more evident, she drops the interrogation and exchanges the money.This didnt sit right with me with me so I called the bank once left, for another teller to say they dont do money exchanges for non account holders, but if its small I could go her her window and she would help me. When I asked if this would require My ID along with my social, no mention of the social check there....SAVE YOURSELF THE RACIALLY DISCRIMINATING INTERACTION, and get your change for the meter from TD BANK instead.

Very bad service, The lady at the front desk she's very rude, not even ask what client needs help with, I was there to open a checking and savings account, but with this type of service I better do banking somewhere else.
