Not so friendly workers and don't know what they doing, each one of them not following the same guidelines, just telling the customer what they want to hear and at the end customers going thru problems and wasting time at the bank, I would never recommend anyone anymore to open with Chase

The worst branch. The manager mistakenly sent an application to open a credit card on my name and my credit score decreased. Couldn't solve the problem. The most incompetent employees. I highly don’t recommend this office. And it's impossible to get through to them.
