“I came here a few minutes before closing time and I could have easily been brushed off. I was very fortunate to receive superlative customer service from Mikey, one of those genuinely good persons whose warm yet professional work ethic is not motivated by self-aggrandizement or competitive recognition. All the while, he reminded me of how my Wi-Fi modem issue was as important as his schedule. He was selflessly generous with his time and knew how to listen without being judgmental. I also noticed how courteous he was with other customers who clearly did not feel rushed or disenfranchised after leaving.”
“I sent some packages from here twice, both times guys that work here were really helpful, they packed everything and sent it out the next day. Delivery was quick as well. Simple and easy.”
“Excellent training center. They are very knowledgeable and professionals. If you want to know how to repair smartphones, tablets and game consoles this is the place to go.”
