“Sing (not sure if I’m spelling that right) was SO helpful, kind, and patient. I’ve had rough experiences in the past when it comes to tech appointments (other AT&T stores, or the Apple Store) where the sales associate makes me feel dumb. I was due for a phone upgrade, and Sing handled it so wonderfully. He even gave me a free screen protector, and noticed that I was on an outdated plan and that changing it would help save money. Highly recommend!”
“Really positive experience getting my Macbook repaired at this place. My keyboard was damaged and I needed to replace the entire bottom part of the unibody. I went in on Tuesday, did diagnostics with the technician and they ordered the part. The next day they got the part and started the repair. The repair itself took longer than expected (4 hours instead of the estimated 2), but understandable considering they got really slammed and it was NYE. Overall, my laptop feels like brand new and the keyboard is working perfectly. Every one I talked to was really nice and respectful. Highly recommend!!”

“Shout out to Kevin for helping my boyfriend and I get new phones. Kevin helped me switch my phone number over to Cricket and join my boyfriend's plan. He helped me pick out a case, transfer my personal info from my old phone to my phone, and did the same for my boyfriend. Kevin even helped me set up the Max that comes with my new, unlimited plan. Kevin picked out and placed my glass screen protector on my phone. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy 23 FE. My boyfriend upgraded to the IPhone 14. I will definitely be doing more cellular business here. I strongly recommend shopping here and doing everything phone related at this Cricket outlet.”

as the sales associate Stacey & store owner Danny provided great customer service! I decided to visit this location after having a bad experience at the Gateway Mall corporate location in which they were unable to help me. I traded in my iPhone 14 Pro Max, upgraded to an iPhone 17 Pro Max and switched from a PrePaid plan to a PostPaid plan. AT&T had a GREAT PROMOTION and I received $1100 in trade-in credits. I also purchased an iPad A16 as apart of the promotion and added it as a bundle for $0.99. The entire process took about an hour to complete and I walked out of the location super happy! I live in Brooklyn BUT I would gladly prefer to return to this location in the near future as I live close to the Gateway Mall corporate location but I strongly recommend the Howard Beach location due to their great customer service and knowledge of products and services.”

“After my first experience here, I have always gone back, and will continue to do so... as long as Alex works there (lol). About 3 years ago, I went to another MetroPcs location to upgrade my very old phone for my MetroPcs line. They wanted to charge me $150 more. I don't remember exactly why I left that location (not knowing that I was being over charged) but I do remember that I walked out very frustrated and very unhappy. I decided to look for another MetroPcs location where I could receive proper assistance. I found this one. Alex was there on that day and he took care of me. Not only does Alex provide great customer service but he also gave me a much better deal. I left ecstatic and couldn't wait to get to know my new phone.Since that time, (a year after) I went back to purchase another phone for someone else from Alex and a year after that, to purchase yet another phone for someone else. Each time, I felt welcomed, comfortable, and received great assistance from Alex. He answers all of your questions, is very knowledgeable and experienced. I personally saw him handle 2 other customers during my last visit and he does a great job! I would highly recommend this MetroPcs location for all your MetroPcs needs. The store is air-conditioned and clean. You have alternate means of transportation,and if you get lucky...you may find Alex there.Best wishes!”
